Fig Reactor — Harvest ’26 is an expressive Arabica Natural shaped by an extended 54-hour anaerobic fermentation and a light-medium roast on the Loring S70 Peregrine.

Brewed on a siphon, the cup unfolds with remarkable clarity — dried fig, ripe grapes and mixed berries, layered with a delicate sweetness and a lingering finish.

Scoring an exceptional 90 points, Fig Reactor is a celebration of what happens when origin, process, roasting and craft come together in one cup.
