A side of the story that deserves to be heard.

Behind every crowded night, every celebration, and every moment of keeping people safe, there are people doing their jobs quietly often putting themselves between conflict and everyone else.
Last Thursday, our female bouncer was injured while trying to carry out her duty and maintain safety and order inside The Locals.
Today, while videos circulate and narratives are formed from a few seconds of footage, we ask for something simple: please don’t judge an entire incident before knowing the complete story.
We are deeply sorry for the distress caused to everyone involved. But we also stand by the people who work with us and put their safety on the line to protect others.

She went to work that night to do her job.
She came back injured for doing it.

We will cooperate fully with the authorities and let the facts speak for themselves.
Until then, we request everyone to pause before sharing, assuming, or judging.
Because every story has more than one side.
And every person behind that story deserves to be heard.
