There are few meals that bring together tradition, culture, and celebration quite like an authentic Onam Sadhya. This year, I am delighted to collaborate with Qissa, Le Meridien Gurgaon to present a five-day celebration of Kerala's most cherished culinary tradition.

From 22nd to 26th August, join us for an authentic Sadhya served on a traditional banana leaf, featuring recipes that have been passed down through generations. Every dish has a story, every flavour has a purpose, and together they capture the true spirit of Onam.

For me, curating this experience is a celebration of our incredible culinary heritage and an opportunity to share the authentic flavours and traditions of Kerala with every guest who joins us.
