✨ A Culinary Dream Come True! ✨

Chef Pillai has been one of my greatest inspirations for his passion for promoting Kerala cuisine. So, when I heard he was hosting a food festival at The Westin Gurgaon, I just couldn’t miss it!

From the very first bite to the last, every dish was an explosion of flavors, crafted with perfection. My absolute favorites? The unique Pani Puri with Sambharam, the flavorful Injipulli Chicken, the tender Lamb Ulartu, and, of course, his iconic Fish Nirvana!

The highlight of the experience wasn’t just the incredible food—it was meeting the man himself, Chef Pillai. He’s as warm and gracious as his cooking, and to my delight, he generously shared one of his signature recipes with me. What an unforgettable experience!

Kerala cuisine truly shines with chefs like him bringing it to the world stage. 🌍💫
