Have been away for really long since I posted my weekend menu

With Rains almost now in it's "good-bye" phase, I start with Bengali menu .

Best Illish and prawns as always and my most loved " Mutton Dak bunglow"

Minimum order half of any two or a single platter .

One can also combine and take a tasting platter with Illish ( 2 pcs) Prawns ( half platter ) and half of mutton platter . Price of it would be 4000 and will serve four well .

Our India of 80 years is a land of diversity engulfing fraternity. Although we finally gave ourselves the country in 1947 free from shackles of colonial rule , we happily also gave ourselves " Anglo Indian" culture and cuisine that is now an intrinsic part of our heritage.

This independence day weekend, I proudly present " Colonial Heritage" menu . Each dish is gem and the mega platter is a bouquet of the flavours and taste from the Anglo Indian food repertoire.

Hello all ,

Posting after long since the weather was not conducive for doing menus .

Gurgaon finally can vouch for no "40+" temperatures though humidity would be a worry

This weekend is special.
Saturday 21st is Jamai shosthi " and Sunday " 22nd June is " Father's day "

My menu this time is again season special.

Gondhoraj mutton is a delight where mutton curry has a lovely flavour and I can vouch that anyone ordering in , will be lapping it up and feel " cool cool" with the lovely flavour of the thin curry in fused with mutton and. Gondhoraj lime juices .

Dak Bunglows chicken from Foodness gracious have been always loved and people keep reordering

The Bhetki fillet dish is to die for and best had with good sour dough bread .

Prawn pulao is again sougt after with ample prawns thrown in. The rice is cooked with ghee and lemon leaves along with the prawn. The dish comes with chicken cutlets and is complete by itself .

Menu goes live from today dinner ( 8 pm onwards) and will be available till Sunday ( 22nd June )dinner.

Give a treat to your son in law and the daughter . Mention in the order specially to get surprise items to complete.

Mega platter is a good game to satiate any foodie .
