The Sweets are the symbol of our rich Indian tradition and meaningful festivals!
We just need to understand that if this type of food was not good for our health then it would never be included in our diverse culture and tradition!

But in today's scenario, fat is always counted to be bad, especially Indian sweets and deep fried food ,which is not true, given the fact that Indian food is mainly Sattvik.
๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฐ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ, so that our body is not left out of the nutrient fat. We must follow this traditional practice regularly as it's told. And savour every bite of our traditional food!
Moreover, these activities of making sweets and snacks at home shows bonding and togetherness of the family, because these are the product of collective efforts and not just individual effort!
Do motivate your kids to also eat the traditional food and help making it, stopping our rich culture from vanishing...
