The other day, one of our regular noticed something in our restaurant that she didn't particularly like at first. At the end of her meal, she was waiting for me because as a regular customer, she knew that I never do things just for the sake of it — there is always a reason behind the choices I make — and she felt that talking to me might help her understand it better.

We ended up talking for about half an hour, and by the end of our conversation, we hugged. She left, and I found myself overwhelmed by joy - not because she had understood my point of view, but because she had taken the time to stop and talk with me.

Our culture, our way of being, or the way we do things will not always be immediately understood or appreciated, and certainly not always shared. But communication matters. If we refuse to listen to one another, even for a moment, we will never get anywhere.

Sometimes, understanding doesn't begin with agreement—it begins with a conversation. We are here to talk, if you're ready to listen.

At Pizzeria da Susy, it's never been about marketing tricks or chasing trends. It's about the regular guests who have been visiting us since day one. Those who love us...create the hype. And those who don't? They sometimes create the counter-hype, called 𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘩𝘺𝘱𝘦.

And what about the old claim that Indians don't like authentic Neapolitan pizza? 🤔
Looking at the growing number of Neapolitan pizzerias across India, we'd say that's simply not true. The Indian palate is curious, evolving, and appreciates quality when it finds it.

Last week, we had the wonderful pleasure of hosting the Honda company for the farewell party of Etsunagi-sama, Tanaka-sama, and Hasegawa-sama.

We sincerely wish them a pleasant return to Japan and would like to thank them for their continued patronage during their stay in India.

It has been a great honor to serve them, and we truly hope to welcome them again in the future.
