Taste it today!!

Osama Jalali] has done it again. My good friend invited me to taste the Mughal Summer Cuisine spread he has laid out at -- at Mosaic (on the buffet) and Spice Art (a la carte for dinner). The dishes were memorably unique -- mutton cooked with raw mango (a favourite of Empereor Humayun), delectable chana dal bharta, a paneer tikka stuffed with gulkand, and an unputdownable curry prepared with the discarded skins of the humble torai. And I could keep having the gravy of the bhindi gosht. Great work, Osama, as always, and GM Sharad Upadhyay, a seasoned IHG hand, for the encouraging leadership. And as always, it was wonderful to meet Chef Hardev. Osama Jalali]
