Chaayam is hiring a full-time Social Media & Content Lead

We're looking for someone who can turn a simple kulhad into a viral moment.
If you’ve got a knack for creating Instagram Reels, shooting aesthetic videos, and editing stories that speak — you might just be our next core team member!

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot engaging Reels & stories at Chaayam outlets
• Edit videos that are snackable and sharable
• Capture customer moments, behind-the-scenes, and food shots
• Experiment with trending formats & creative ideas
• Collaborate closely with the founder & outlet team

Eligibility:

• Must own a decent smartphone with a good camera (iPhone/Android)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut/InShot/any app you’re comfortable with)
• Social media enthusiast with an eye for aesthetics
• Available full-time in Gorakhpur (Preferred)
• Prior experience is great, but passion matters more
