hello to everybody enjoying good healthy foods.
we have been moving to india and opend another mama luisas kitchen at namaste yoga farm on kudle beach. exclusively for guests though we do reservations for outsiders too sometimes. we like it quiet and peaceful and do not want our paradise crowded.

sorry to all hungry souls but now when off season starts we take a break by friday 15th and be back around middle of November for more fresh foods from mama luisas small kitchen. enjoy the day....

Home made cashew butter, german dark bread, bananas, cinnamon and date syrup with a small fruit salad and all for 180 baht.

Our new member of the family is the reboot master 6000 and ready to try next week. Juice never tasted better.

Almost same then our other place in Gokarna/India, just a bit more focus on Yoga and Meditation instead on accommodations, though we do have cottages.
