It can transform different cuts of meat into the most flavoursome experience. We cook our meat & sausages slowly over indirect heat for extended periods often 4 to 12 hours, sometimes even more, at a low temperature to give it a unique flavour and texture Our sauces are homemade with skill and careful attention to the zesty blend of ingredients to give it a special zing with just the right amount of kick
