Mutton Bullet Wala My Passion to ride my Enfield in search of some soulful food and solitude, eventually led to Mutton

My passion for adventure/ food rides on my Bullet motorcycle to far-flung areas of our country gave me the opportunity of trying a wide variety of authentic non-veg cuisines & over the years, these food rides established an instant relation between the food and the motorcycle. While I learned & relished a wide variety of exotic dishes during these sojourns, I was mostly let down by the “Mutton offerings” even from the famous eateries & restaurants. Perhaps that's why most of us think twice before ordering a mutton dish from outside. My craving for a spicy and bold "Mutton curry" could only be fulfilled at my Village in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, where Meat is still braised slowly over a wood fire in the generations’ old copper ‘deg’. All these experiences gave birth to “Mutton Bullet Wala”.
‘A mission to treat you with the same slow-cooked & rustic style adopted for all those dishes that I learned during my ‘dug-dug’ days’. Our recipes are heavily influenced from the secret kitchens of the erstwhile Indian royalty and now we are happy to share them with like-minded foodie friends.
