This morning’s brew was something special. ☕️🌿

Today we prepared a V60 Pour Over using Blue Tokai – Attikan Estate, a beautifully balanced coffee with tasting notes of dark chocolate, figs, and roasted almonds.

Every pour-over is brewed slowly by hand, allowing the coffee’s natural sweetness, aroma, and complexity to shine through. No rush. Just patience, precision, and a cup made with intention.

At Bisauni, we believe every cup tells a story—and every brew is prepared with prayer, care, and gratitude.

What I have always admired about Dr. Gagan is his discipline and punctuality. He ensures that every moment he spends at Bisauni has purpose and meaning. He is humble, approachable, and always willing to help everyone around him. He cares and carry what a Doctor means!

After meeting him, I found out that a doctor is not defined solely by education or professional training, but also by God’s anointing to serve with compassion, wisdom, and love. Dr. Gagan truly reflects these qualities.
