Fried rice is a traditional Chinese preparation of cooked rice, vegetables, protein, soy sauce, and aromatics. The ingredients are stir-fried in a large pan or wok for even flavor distribution. This is my take on a perfect fried rice. When combined with chilli chicken, it is an ever green combination and makes a perfect meal for lunch or dinner.
