Dear Friends,
Zuperb Studio Apartment's are going live around the 7th of November 2017. We are ready to welcome you to the set of first 4 absolutely new studio apartment's just off the main road located in the bustling village of Candolim, Goa. Each studio has a balcony, ac, portable Wi-Fi ,couches, wardrobe, double bed and is spacious enough to accommodate 2 to 3 extra mattresses.
Our studio's have gated parking and are a few steps from Cafe Coffee Day , Candolim which is one of the best in Goa ,open till 3 am. La Confiserie the best bakery this side of town , a very well priced and clean place which has a variety of snacks like sandwiches, rolls, puffs, cakes, cookies, chops, soft drinks, water to name a few.
Restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets are all a couple of minutes walk.
The beach is 2 minutes by bike or a 10-15 minutes leisure walk.
The studio's have a kitchenette equipped with cutlery, crockery, washing machine, induction plate, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle and also tea, coffee, milk powder, sugar sachets for your morning cuppa.
As you all must be aware our restaurant Zuperb which was amongst the top 5 in Goa was specialized in Parsi food. We would like to extend the same courtesy to you where we have created a special Parsi menu for you to enjoy in the comfort of your room, details are in the guest folder placed in the room. Also, details of what you could do while in Goa along with details of restaurant, medical Shops, department stores, taxi, rent a car, rent a bike etc are placed for your convenience.
Do enjoy yourself thoroughly while staying at Zuperb apartments, kindly extend the courtesy to our neighbours by limiting sound after 10 pm, using the bins for rubbish etc etc
Our room boy is available from 9 am till 7 pm to assist you with any purchase you may require. He will also clean the rooms daily and change linen every alternate day.
We have placed a welcome kit with a few goodies to make your stay more comfortable.

Hi gals & guys, Tuesday 10. 40 in the morning with a cup of fresh brewered coffee , enjoying myself after quite a long while. See the smile on my face , this is because of all the kind words of encouragement and warmth you have filled our hearts with .
Mani , the kids and myself are blessed to have family and friends who have stood by us during the very sudden development that took place , which is now the past.
Once again thank you and stay blessed. Always remember Mani and myself are just a phone call away if you need anything.

Hi, Zuperb will be completing 5 years in December 2017. Mani and myself have achieved what we never thought we could , simply because we did not know all you lovely and super people when you walked in to Zuperb for the first time , not knowing what to expect but walked out as family. All this support created Zuperb and made it the meeting point for many a person. The reason I am writing this is , Zuperb will permanently close from the 1st of October 2017, because property owner's have taken on partners who want to run the restaurant themselves. This is as sudden for us as it is for all if you who are reading this. We were told on the 27th of September 2017 , hardly giving us any time to think.
On a happy note Mani and myself are contemplating a home stay in North Goa so we can carry on enjoying you people's company. We will send details once this materialises and gets confirmed.
Of course Mani and myself are disappointed with having to give up what we created, the long conversations, the laughter, the jokes, the music and just about everything that made Zuperb. But Life goes on . So, keep checking till you see our posting with the name "Zuperb Home Stay" which we will soon confirm as we are already on the lookout for very well done up old houses in quiet locations so we can carry on doing what we know best and this time, you could also stay with us. "The bawagiri must go on".
