Here are the different types of Kofta recipes in English
*Lauki Kofta Recipe:*
Ingredients:
- Lauki (Bottle Gourd): 500 grams, grated
- Green chili: 2, finely chopped
- Ginger paste: 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp, chopped
- Besan (Gram flour): 3-4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
Gravy ingredients:
- Tomatoes: 2, finely chopped
- Onion: 1, finely chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Water: as needed
- Salt: to taste
Instructions:
1. Squeeze out excess water from grated lauki.
2. Mix lauki with green chili, ginger paste, coriander leaves, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
3. Shape into small koftas.
4. Fry koftas until golden brown.
5. Prepare gravy with tomatoes, onion, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
6. Add fried koftas to gravy and simmer.
*Patta Gobi Kofta Recipe:*
Ingredients:
- Patta Gobi (Cabbage): 500 grams, finely chopped
- Green chili: 2, finely chopped
- Ginger paste: 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp, chopped
- Besan (Gram flour): 3-4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying

- Onion: 1, finely chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp

- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
