विधि:
1. एक पैन में दूध को गरम करें और उबाल लें।
2. चीनी और केसर के धागे मिलाएं।
3. दूध को गाढ़ा होने तक पकाएं।

Here's a simple recipe to make this delicious breakfast option:

*Ingredients:*

- 3 cups Wheat flour
- 1 bunch Palak puree
- Salt as per taste
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- For filling:
- 1 cauliflower grated
- 500gm paneer grated
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp asafotida
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt as per taste
- ¼ cup coriander leaves finely chopped
- Ghee for fry

*Instructions:*

1. Knead the wheat flour with water to a smooth dough. Cover and rest for 20-30 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling by mixing grated cauliflower, paneer, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, asafotida, garam masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chili flakes, salt, and coriander leaves.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a small circle.
4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the circle and fold the dough to seal the filling.
5. Roll out the paratha gently and cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve hot with makhan, dahi, and achaar.

- ¾ cup water

- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios/almonds
