When we say Fruit Loaded Cake, we truly mean it!
This stunning creation was packed with 13 varieties of fresh fruits – Strawberry Compote, Pineapple, Apple, Pomegranate, Dragon Fruit, Cherry, Red Grapes, Blueberry, Mango, Orange, Litchi, Pear, and Fig.
Every layer of the cake was generously filled with fresh fruits, and the top was beautifully loaded with them too, making every bite a delightful burst of freshness and flavor. There was no holding back on the fruits – we made sure they were present in abundance throughout the cake.
The result was a perfect balance of moist cake, luscious cream, and the natural sweetness of fresh fruits. The best part? The client absolutely loved both the taste and the appearance of the cake and couldn't stop appreciating it.
Fresh, colorful, delicious, and truly loaded with goodness – this cake was a fruit lover's dream come true!

Successfully completed yet another big corporate order for Barclays Bank.
The occasion was their Easter Celebration event for employees, and it was truly a delight to curate a special menu for them. The order included:
• 140 beautifully crafted Marzipan Bonnets, individually packed and decorated
• 70 White Chocolate Covered Rabbit-Shaped Cookies, individually packed
• 150 Bruschetta breads topped with Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella
• 150 square-shaped canapés with Avocado Cream Cheese topping
• 150 round-shaped canapés with Mushroom Corn Cheese topping
We also had the opportunity to serve everything live at their cafeteria at the Worli branch, making the experience even more special.
The response was overwhelming each and every guest appreciated our sweets and savouries, and we received countless heartfelt compliments that truly made all the effort worthwhile.
This order was especially close to my heart as it was completed within just 1.5 days, entirely on my own. Despite facing challenges like over 5 hours of load shedding, working nearly 20 hours with two sleepless nights, the joy of successfully executing the event brought immense satisfaction.
Moments like these make all the hard work worth it a big sigh of relief and a heart full of gratitude.
