The Ahom people who came Assam followed their traditions, religion and spoke the Tai language.Over the time the Ahom people adopted the Assamese language. The Ahoms follow their own food habits which are very simple and non spicy. Their food basically consists of non veg especially pork, which they are crazy about. KarenG the Ahom Kitchen,tries to give the best of Ahom traditional food like Pork

with bamboo shoot, pork sungat diya, pork khorika, muga leta, Bora rice (sticky rice) etc. The Ahom food is mostly healthy in nature, where usage of oil is limited. KarenG the Ahom Kitchen would definitely be paradise for the food lovers who are looking for something different to taste.
