We already miss our Mozzarella Making Workshop with Queso.in 🧀

From learning how to make fresh delicious mozzarella to ending the day with an incredible cheese tasting, it was an afternoon well spent (and well eaten 😋!).

The workshop may be over, but the cheese isn’t! After seeing how much everyone loved it, we decided to keep the good stuff around. You can now find a selection of Queso.in cheeses in our new cheese fridge at the Heirloom Naga Eatery.

Our pick? The Bhoot Jolokia Cheddar, a must-try if you enjoy a little heat with your cheese 🫪

About last weekend! 🍸

A banger of a time was had at our Mixology Session with Jaydeep | Cocktails & Bar Culture and All About Alcobev. We learned to make four different cocktails and picked up a few mixology tips! A great evening all in all!

After the wonderful response to our first Mozzarella Making Workshop, we’re bringing it back with three batches over two days!

This time, each batch will be limited to just 8 participants, creating a more interactive and intimate experience where everyone gets plenty of hands on guidance while learning to make fresh mozzarella from scratch.

Following the success of our first cheese-making workshop, Certified Cheese Maker Abhilasha Singh returns to Heirloom Naga Centre with another Mozzarella Making Workshop. This time, the workshop will be offered across two days in three small batches, creating a more intimate learning experience with greater opportunities for interaction and guidance from the cheese maker.

Spend an afternoon learning how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch in this hands-on session, followed by a cheese-tasting experience.
