We being the Delhiete always loved the food; whenever we travel to any part of the country we make sure that we eat street food which is famous in that part of the region & when you are in Mumbai what else you could think of other than ‘Vadapav’
But in northern part of the country you don’t get the authentic Vadapav & we were sure that delhi people will love it, therefore the idea of Vadapav junction was germinated from there.
Being from Non-food background was a big challenge, but we were determined to bring this thought into reality. It took almost 6 months to understand & completing the ground work to start our 1st Outlet in Satya Niketan (January, 2016)
