WAKE UP ITS FOOD'O CLOCK
so Mr husband asked - what's in breakfast today???
And I decided to make something quick with the leftover barbecued chicken in my fridge.
If you know me then you must be aware of my love for chai and my mornings are usually incomplete without a cup of hot masala chai and when this is paired with CHICKEN PARANTHA then I usually forget all my worries and hog on these licious bites of parantha.
So I made this with utmost love by shredding chicken and mixing it with chopped onions, green chillies, cilantro, 1tsp garlic, 1tbsp mozzarella cheese and spices like fennel, chat masala, and some salt and then rolled it into a parantha.
