Saima's Dastarkhwan is Authentic home cooked Mughlai food straight from my Kitchen to your Dastarkhwan(it’s a Persian term,literally means a laid-out ceremonial dining spread ) My passion for cooking and at the behest and encouragement of my family and friends, I, Saima Kamran now spread my dastarkhwan for all you discerning connoisseurs of Mughlai food, the recipes of which have been amassed and handed over by generations of khansamas(cooks) of our family who cooked under the supervision of the Begums.My utmost Priority is to recreate the same authentic Mughlai spread of highest quality comprising best meat cuts and cooked hygienically.
