Born in 1994, Rodeo was a family run establishment that pioneered in bringing Mexican & Tex-Mex cuisine to the Indian market. After 23 joyful years, Rodeo Cantina & Kitchen is set to launch with an aim to bring a flavor of Mexico right from neighboring taquerias and the lively streets into the restaurant. Chef Marco Cuervo from Mexico City is the man behind the menu and is all set to bring his fresh take on Mexican street cuisine to Rodeo Cantina & Kitchen. Sensational tequila infused cocktails and Margaritas have been curated by none other than Yangdup Lama.
