Your favorite milk drinks contain maltose and there are multiple milk drinks in the market today which contain maltose. In general terms, it is known as malt. Not just milk, it is an important component in beer and distilling alcohol and provides a different flavor to beverages. The starchy foods such as cereal grains, corn, potatoes, nuts and some fruits are digested in your stomach, the maltose forms. While cooking, the maltose content in the food increases. I was just going to chop the green potatoes and suddenly, my grandma stopped me from chopping those, saying that they are too toxic to eat. No wonder, I remembered my childhood friend who told me that the samosawala purchase the green potatoes because the vegetable vendor sells it at lower prices. So I always peeled the potatoes in a way that the green flesh is removed, but my grandma just asked to throw them out of the house. The reason which she told is that these potatoes have increased alkaloid levels, which is not considered harmful in low amount but pose the health risk when consumed in large amounts.

Donate food! It helps. Food poverty is prevalent internationally. A large chunk of population sleeps hungry. A set of people have too much food to waste. I still remember the news which was quite buzzing in the United Kingdom, when religious leaders and faith groups have called on the government to take action to tackle a national crisis of rising hunger and poverty.

We all are always curious to know which the healthiest way to eat. Let us ponder about how we must cook, we mean to say that what is the best way we must cook so that the food is healthy and the nutrition of the food is intact. Even without adding the unnecessary extra tons of food, there are plenty of ways to cook favorable food. The way of cook affects the nutritional makeup of the ingredients. We eat food for receiving nutrients required by our body. If we do not get that, there is no point investing so much time cooking the food.
