My first attempt at Cannelés in Delhi.
Due to their extreme popularity we used to bake quite alot of these in Paris, their delicious crunchy yet chewy exterior with a custard like gooey interior with just the right amount of sweetness makes them a very addictive little treat.........Don't say I didn't warn you đ€·
The bake time is quite long but it's worth the wait.
