The king of fruits is a versatile player in the kitchen, and he’s definitely the main character. Mango plays beautifully with all the other flavours in the Mango Tart Chaat, but it still steals the show. Such is the mango’s aura that it doesn’t even need to try as hard. Take the Stuffed Alphonso Mango Kulfi, for example - its simplicity is what makes it so popular. And of course, how could we forget our iconic Aamras made from Ratnagiri mangoes - pure pulp, no fiction.

It’s been nearly a decade, but Restaurant Week India is back with a bang - and yours truly is part of it all! What can you expect?

A set menu with all your favourites - and yes, you’re going to be spoilt for choice. From amuse-bouche to starters, mains, and finally dessert, every course has been thoughtfully curated. All you have to do is book a slot and show up!

It’s really hard to improve upon summer fruit. But hear us out: booze. Yup, we made summer cocktails so good, they’ll keep you wanting more!

Of course, we’ve got two mango cocktails on the menu, because why not? There’s the Bhawan Aam Panna, a spirit-forward clarified cocktail with mint-washed Tanqueray Gin, and the fruity Totapuri with kairi-infused tequila and kaccha aam-pukka aam. And if you’re in the mood for melon, we suggest the Kharbooja Sour - a crisp, refreshing drink with homemade muskmelon liqueur.

Summer in India had its own rhythm, no?

The final school bell ringing, bags thrown aside, and straight to the gullies with the gang. Fresh juice from the corner stall, chilled nariyal paani, sugarcane spinning through the machine, and colourful coolers that tasted best in the heat.

Evenings were for roaming with your bestie, when every chaat just hit differently - spicy bhel with raw mango, crunchy golgappas and so much more.

It’s raining mangoes on our summer menu - and we’re not playing favourites. Kaccha aam or pakka aam, we’re using both to create a line-up of seasonal dishes that swing savoury, sweet, and everything in between.

From the tangy Raw Mango Bhel Puri to the chatpata Mango Tart Chaat, from the indulgent Gujarati Summer Thali to the inspired Mango Sticky Rice - there’s a mango dish for every kind of craving.

Some wins feel different. This is one of them!

We’re deeply honoured to receive the award for Best Street Food in a Casual Dining Restaurant at the Delhi Food Awards 2026 by and .sapra.

For us, this means more than any other recognition we have ever received. Not only has it placed us amongst legends, it also comes from someone who has eaten his way through the streets of India, explored every nook and cranny, and carries a deep understanding of chaat in particular and India’s street food culture in all its diversity.

To be the only restaurant acknowledged in a space shaped by generations of incredible street food vendors is both humbling and truly special.

Thank you for seeing us and for celebrating our Chaat Karigars and the stories we try to tell through every plate.
