Holi ki mithaas with Aam-Khaas!

We’re bringing Holi home with golden gujiyas, crispy shakar pare, and mithai that tastes just like Holi should - sweet, nostalgic, and full of joy 💛

With Holi almost here, our kitchen is coloured in the spirit of the season with gujiyas wrapped around sweet khoya, shakar pare crisping to perfection, and boxes of fresh and homestyle mithai ready to be shared.

Now shop in 1kg boxes, ½ kg boxes, and boxes of 4 for those who prefer bite-sized indulgence.

The third edition of Assam on a Platter is live till 15th February, and we’re so excited to have you over!

Assamese food is rooted in balance and restraint, where ingredients are allowed to shine and flavours stay true to where they come from. A lot of heart has gone into this menu, with our team cooking, tasting, and perfecting each recipe to make this experience truly special.

What’s on the table is honest and thoughtful, a menu that stays close to the land and the flavours that belong to it.

We’d love for you to join us over the weekend!

Assam on a Platter returns to our tables tomorrow!

We’ve spent the last few weeks in the kitchen, preparing for our third edition with a lot of heart. For us, Assamese cooking has always been defined by intentionality - a way of eating that mirrors the natural rhythm of the seasons.

Our menu this year too is built on that tradition; it is honest, comforting, and stays true to the native ingredients that give the region its soul.

We're so excited to unveil the menu and hope these preparations offer you the same sense of home and warmth that they bring to us.

নমস্কাৰ

From 5th to 15th February, we’re hosting the third edition of the Assamese Food Fest, and we’re so excited to welcome you!

Assamese cooking is, at its heart, deeply intentional. It is a cuisine shaped by geography and a way of life that values the integrity of the land.

This menu focuses on those native ingredients and honest techniques that give our food its distinct character-comforting, soulful, and unpretentious.

We look forward to hosting you and sharing these flavours together.

Pepper Prawn Fry belongs to evenings when the air turns cooler and flavours feel sharper, more deliberate. Cooked simply, with cracked pepper and careful heat, it carries a depth that comes from letting good ingredients speak for themselves.
