CHICKEN TAWA : As the name suggest, cooking chicken in the tawa gives a unique taste wherein the chicken is kind of roasted and coated with yummy masala, sticking all over. Also, chunks of onion and capsicum are added towards the end to add a crunchy crunch to the dish.
