Founded by Mrs. Indu Grover, with the constant support of her husband Mr. Anil Grover and their children, the journey began with years of experimenting, learning and perfecting the recipe. In 2008, Shahi Dahi Bhalle® found its home in Ring Road Market, Sarojini Nagar, where it grew through word-of-mouth and the love of generations of customers.
Today, the legacy continues with our second official outlet at Dwarka Sector 10 Main Market, opened in May 2026. From our signature Dahi Bhalle to Golgappe, Raj Kachori, Bhel Puri, Fruit Cream, beverages and more — our promise remains the same: freshness, consistency and no compromise.
