Named after the Sanskrit word for the gentle warmth of twilight, Mihira is our new cocktail menu inspired by transition and transformation.
The menu is built around three stages. Maaya is the beginning - vibrant aromas, bold flavours and unexpected turns. Ma is where the experience settles - balanced, familiar and comforting. Between them lies The Bridge, the point of transition that carries a drink from one state to the next.
Together, they create a journey that evolves with every sip, reflecting INJA’s approach to bringing Indian and Japanese ideas into conversation.
