Before Colonel’s Kababz was a name, it was simply a passion.

A passion for food, for people, and for doing things with heart - one that Colonel K.N. Kochhar carried with him from the army into a little kitchen that would go on to become so much more.

Decades later, his story still sits at the heart of ours.

What he started then, we’re carrying forward today.
