Ryan Rajput is a well versed consummate professional with 15 years of experience working across food and beverage industry. Being the captain of the ship, he understands the importance of running the teams toward a common goal - delivering quality experience to patrons each time they dine at Nege & Ju.

With his innate exposure to a variety of operational formats, it becomes imperative to crease out all creative anomalies between each contributing department at the restaurant. Every single reservation made or interaction done with the guests should speak of the experience we promise to deliever.

Having been the core member of brand activation teams across many outlets with Indigo Deli (DeGustibus Group), Ryan understands that the only way to bring brands to life and getting customers to act is by creating experiences and building long term emotional connections with potential customers.

The preparations as we await guests who have reserved with us happen across multiple levels from dishing out delicacies by the kitchen to ensuring that the operations team gets the the minutest dining instructions perfectly.
