When your loved ones are hungry, the easiest and healthy and filling is a good ol' sandwich. Experimenting with bread is often fun, provided it does not get burnt! This is a baked sandwith with eggless hollandaise ( cold butter, olive oil and milk), cheese, left over cut veggies with home made ketchup, mustard sauce, chilli oil, chilli sauce and salted butter. Offcourse, there is some secret sauce too. (hush//!). Paired with cold made from dark roasted beans with almond infusion, this is one tempting breakfast!
