He had been doing wonders with his hands for the past
35 years and continues to do so everyday. The shop had been more than 60 years old, started by his father. After his father, he took on the legacy and moved the occupation from a full meal shop to specializing in a few core competencies “samosas/ pakoras/ jalebis”. Other than the magnificent taste, it had been the welcoming and jovial nature of Sardarji (Pritpal Singh Sethi) who always finds time for kids even though when surrounded by customers on an intensely busy Sunday evening. He sells pakoras and in return gains respect and love of his loyal customers who visit his shop almost every week through out the year.
