How would you rate your meals at Pahaadi Gaadi? Or better still, how do you describe your experience at Pahaadi Gaadi? 🌿
What does food mean to you? And what does success, passion, purpose, living in alignment with nature mean? 🌺
Today, we complete 7 years of running Pahaadi Gaadi and these are just some thoughts that we think about, more frequently than we’d like to admit :) 🫣
The decision to start a food business, mode of running, place of business, menu to offer - the answers to these questions will lie on two opposite spectrums basis who you ask. In the case of Pahaadi Gaadi, these questions and more importantly, the answers, come from the heart.💗
Taking a leap of faith to a territory absolutely unknown, just because it felt right. Choosing to commit to your purpose and vision, however far fetched or contrary to prevailing beliefs it may seem. Being in hospitality and yet choosing the right to admission, because, customer is king but kindness and respect is forever. The list is long and might ruffle some feathers so will save for later :) 🙏
Anyway, 7 years is a long time and enough to know direction and perhaps some results. In a world swiftly gravitating towards everything technology can provide and provide fast, it’s a choice (and belief) to stay close to where it all started. The unadulterated charm of slow living and the luxury of time. To enjoy a meal that is prepared, only for you. One that will never have artifical colors, food additives, frozen items of any kind. This is a commitment we made to our work on Day 1, long before it started "trending" ✨
So, the next time when you rate your meals at Pahaadi Gaadi or think about your experience, know that this is far from a business, or an establishment offering the lure and gimmicks of our current times.🤒
It is a humble food truck, where every day, we try our best to offer meals that you will relish and would want to come back to. For the food, and the conversations. Happy 7 years to us and to all those who’ve stood by us.🎊
