Never approach a bull from the front, a horse from behind, and an idiot from any direction.
In business, this isn't just rural advice — it's boardroom strategy.
Bulls — These are the high-powered personalities: aggressive investors, ambitious partners, fast-growing trends.
Approach with strategy, not emotion. Head-on confrontation often ends badly.
Horses — Your internal systems. They’re powerful, but need space and respect.
You need to guide them from the front as the perfect role model !
❌ Idiots — Yes, they exist in every ecosystem: reactive, misinformed, or driven by ego.
Engaging them drains energy and distracts from vision. Be aware, not entangled.
As leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs, wisdom isn’t just about speed or scale.
It’s knowing whom to engage, how to engage, and when to walk away.
