கைரளி கோழி

கைரளி இனம் நமது நாட்டுக்கோழி வகைகளை இணைத்து தரம் மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட ஒரு நாட்டுக்கோழி இனம். இதன் தாயகம் கேரளா. இந்தக்கோழிகள் 6 முதல் 7 மாதத்தில் முட்டையிடும் பருவத்திற்கு வரும்.முற்றிலும் 90 சதவீதம் கோழிகள் கருப்பு நிறமாக இருக்கும். வெவ்வேறு தோற்றத்தில் இருக்கும்.
இதன் கறி அதிக புரத சத்துடன் சுவையாக இருக்கும், மற்றும் அதிக முட்டையிடும் கோழி இனம் கைரளி. வருடத்திற்கு 200 முதல் 250 முட்டைகள் இடும்.
