This is the second branch as Piccante after the first one in Tokyo. The specialty of PICCANTE is Pizza. We invited an Italian Pizza Oven artisan to build true Napoli style oven. We chose premium flour after examining dozens of flours. We ages pizza dough for 24 hours. and we bake pizza in high temperature as high as 400 degree.
