Traditional and till date most loved and preferred food in South India is Idlies. While available in many forms, most nostalgic for any south Indian would be podi idli. Unlike other forms where the most ideal way to enjoy it would be to having it hot, podi Idlies taste best when had after 2 - 8 hours of making it. The Idlies soak in the spicy flavour of the podi and the resultant taste is one that can only be felt to know than explain. Maintaining tradition, here we try to bring the same food to you in a ready-to-eat pack!
