Hi I am Srilatha Vasuraj.
My love for cooking and my inspiration came from Prema, my mother who was determined that I would become as good a cook as she was. She taught me the importance of fresh ingredients and freshly made masalas and powders. I won my first cooking competition with her encouragement, in 8th grade, a cookbook by Tarla Dalal.
Though I did not pursue a culinary course and instead got my degree, my love of food only intensified, and I continued to experiment and enjoy the art of cooking.
Through my career in the Cardiac Theater, I understood the importance of healthy diet to good health outcomes, and my travels made possible by my career, exposed me to cuisines from different parts of the world.
Today my dream is coming true as I venture into the world of catering; using all the experience I gained from my mother’s kitchen, my own kitchen, at the tables of different restaurants of the world, and my knowledge of health and diet through my career.
I hope to offer to my clients a menu with tasty and home style continental dishes, using fresh ingredients and produce. My style of cooking also involves fusion of cuisines which can be interesting, complimenting each other and tasty too. I can’t wait to get started and give you a taste of my cooking.
All orders need at least 1 day notice. Currently I’m taking orders for dinner only and also I do not deliver due to time constrains.

MONDAY - Thai Red / Green curry with Rice [ stir fired vegetables on request ]
TUESDAY - Lasagna
WEDNESDAY - Chicken & veg Gratin
THURSDAY - Quesadillas with guacamole salsa and greek yogurt sauce
FRIDAY - Ravioli in white / red sauce
SATURDAY - Grilled chicken / paneer with vegetables and mash potato.
SUNDAY - Pasta with pesto sauce
Salad on side is available on request. All dishes available in vegetarian also.
