Edamame has the familiarity of a Pea but with a firmer bite. They taste a little nutty but not strong in flavor, which makes them great for seasoning however you like - a sprinkle of sea salt, a dash of chili flakes, or even a drizzle of sesame oil.

At Sage and Lavender, we season our Edamame with Rock Salt and Fried Garlic for a little flavour and punch.
