'Meen Vattichathu' is one of the traditional dishes of Kerala. Its also known as 'Meen Mulakittathu'. In Malayalam, 'Meen' is Fish and 'Vattichathu' means dried. This type of Fish curry is more popular in central districts of Kerala. As the name suggests, its a Semi gravy curry with, with mixture of strong Tangy, Salty and Spicy tastes. This red coloured fish curry, goes well with Rice, Tapioca (Kappa), Chappathi, Porotta e.t.c.
