Let's end the Aadhirai series on a sweet note.. The Aadhirai Virundhu too lets you end on a rather sweet note..
The wonderful tea holder style of serving desserts is not new to Madchef..Here too the same is incorporated to serve 6 desserts in tea glasses..To Start of is a Rose Falooda which is pretty basic but a well made one followed up by Coconut Panacotta which was best IMO with the subtle flavor of the coconut i just loved it..The Karupatti Panacotta was not not much far behind with karupatti infused well in the pannacotta..And also i loved the texture and consistency of both these panacottas…The Pomegranate Payasam was a first time try and i loved it but just felt it was a bit extra sweet..My experiences with akkravadisal have been limited and all them were in a pudding type consistency..Blackforest Akkravadisal was just crushed blackforest topped with some ice cream..The Qubani ka Mitha was a disappointment to me as it was more of ice cream and less qubani ka mitha..
