Last night Smoke Barbecue pulled out all the stops to serve the best smoked meat in Amsterdam!

This was a portion of the Crispy Smoked Pork Belly! Served with creamy coleslaw, spucy chimmichurri sauce, and some of my signature Tangerine Ginger Garlic Tamarind BBQ sauce!

April 24, we will be bringing our unique flavours of smoked meat Cafe de Knoop in Amsterdam center!
Reverse Seared Picanha Steak sandwiches
