Demo cakes are the cakes you observe and learn, in addition to the cakes you make completely hands-on. These sessions help you understand advanced techniques, professional tips, and efficient workflows used in a commercial bakery.

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

✨ What You’ll Do
📞 Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries
🎂 Take cake, dessert & hamper orders
👩‍🍳 Assist with baking class registrations
❤️ Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders
📦 Manage inventory records
🧾 Update purchase bills and coordinate with our CA

📍 Location: Sector 35, Chandigarh
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Friendly and confident in communication
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable using Excel and WhatsApp
✔ Passionate about delivering great customer service
