Spiral Ark is housed in a converted cashew-nut roasting factory in the peaceful countryside of Southern Goa, five minutes drive from Palolem Beach and ten minutes down the road from Agonda. Overlooking emerald green paddy fields, the large airy rooms with their red Mangalore roof-tiles and thick white-washed walls keep cool throughout the year, providing a stunning space for fine dining and retail

. Our objective being serving each one of us to a healthy environment by allocating organic food in our day to day nerve-racking race., and so serve We also bring natural, organic, seasonal, homemade jams to be taken home.
