Finally I Got Best BAMBAIYA JINI DOSA In Bilaspur After A Ver Long Time That Too In The Newest Cafe Lounge i.e ***eb***elounge . I seriously missed this from cafe yuva & co incidentally I got it at the same building besides old Cafe Yuva ☺.
Jini Dosa is a fusion recipe between the popular south indian cuisine with the popular street food of mumbai. An ideal evening snack recipe which can also be easily extended for the late night dinner or perhaps for morning breakfast recipe. it is an extended version of masala dosa recipe with stuffing like cheese, sauces and spices.
