One year ago, we opened our doors with a simple dream—to celebrate Odia cuisine the way it deserves to be celebrated.

Many questioned the idea. We believed our food had a story worth telling, and a place on every table.
Over the past year, you’ve turned that belief into reality. Through every visit, every shared meal, and every kind word, you’ve become a part of our journey.

Growing up, I remember my grandmother’s eyes lighting up whenever Palua was served. Made from humble arrowroot, it was more than a dessert—it was comfort, nostalgia, and a cherished part of Odisha’s food traditions.

Inspired by those memories, our Raja Special Palua Pudding is a tribute to Bou and to the simple recipes that connect us to our roots.

Available only during Raja on 14th, 15th & 16th June.

From the smoky warmth of Luni Poda Pitha and Mitha Poda Pitha to the seasonal joy of Raja Amba, refreshing Raja Pana, comforting Ambula Rai, and our festive specialties — Mutton Curry in the Non-Veg Raja Plate and Buta Daali in the Veg Raja Plate — every dish tells a story of home.
