Kruti Coffee and our Co-founder, Ms. Jeeta Mona, were honoured to present a meticulously curated Kruti Coffee gift set to the Honorable Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Mr. Hemant Soren. This presentation occurred during his reception in London on 22nd January 2026, hosted by the High Commissioner of India to the UK, Mr. Vikram Doraiswamy. This occasion held significant meaning for us, given the presence of a Kruti Coffee Cafe in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and our ongoing provision of gift sets to the High Commission of India in the UK for their various gifting needs.

During the interaction, Ms. Jeeta highlighted Kruti Coffee's commitment to supporting tribal farmers in Koraput, Odisha, and our initiatives to provide skill training to tribal youth, enabling them to become specialty coffee baristas. Chief Minister Hemant Soren noted that a significant number of workers across Indian coffee farms originate from Jharkhand. This observation underscores the substantial potential for skill development among Jharkhand's tribal youth, fostering their contribution to the rapidly expanding Indian Specialty Coffee industry.

Bengaluru!! Let’s Brew Some Magic Together this coming weekend (22nd & 23rd November) at Immersive Odisha, curated by Culture Lab—a month-long celebration of Odisha’s beauty, culture, arts, crafts, and unique treasures, including the exceptional coffee from Koraput.

Our Head Barista & Roaster, Pabitra Kumar Sahoo , will be at the event hand-brewing all of Kruti Coffee’s finest specialty brews from Koraput, including the award-winning Kindiriguda Naturals—with our warmest compliments. We’ll also have a wide range of coffees available at the venue for you to shop and stock up for your winter caffeine cravings.

As part of our art & craft initiative Kruti Artisan Haat, we are delighted to showcase State Awardee and renowned Pattachitra & Saura artist, Brajeswar Pattnaik—the very illustrator behind our packaging designs. We spent an amazing evening in Jamshedpur over the weekend, curated by the incredible team at HOJ — sharing our journey with this warm and vibrant community they’ve built in a city filled with legacy and heart.

🌿 From Koraput to the World ☕

We never imagined that a small step we took in 2013 — to revive a forgotten tribal coffee plantation — would one day become part of one of the biggest coffee revolutions India has seen!

As coffee from Koraput finally finds the place it truly deserves, we pause for a moment of gratitude — and take you through our incredible journey over the past decade, with Koraput at the heart of it all.

2013 – It all began in the quiet tribal village of Kindiriguda in Koraput (Odisha), where we adopted a dead plantation and supported as a catalyst, the efforts by few passionate government agencies to breathe life back into it. What started as an act of revival soon became a mission.

2015 – To share Koraput’s coffee story with the world, we opened our first café in Navi Mumbai — a humble space brewing dreams and tribal coffee in equal measure.

2018 – Our first signature café came to life in Patia, Bhubaneswar — serving exclusively coffee grown in Koraput, bringing the essence of our farms directly to the cup.

2021 – Every bean, every leaf, every hand — aligned with global specialty coffee standards. We opened a new café in Bhubaneswar, a space that truly reflected our farm-to-cup story.

2023 – A proud moment for us and our farmers — together with the Kindiriguda Tribal Coffee Farmers, we were honored with India’s No. 1 Arabica Naturals at the Fine Cup Awards during the 5th World Coffee Conference.

2024 – Coffee from Koraput crossed borders! We showcased our beans at the World of Coffee Dubai (Roasters Village) and Gulfood Dubai, taking the story of tribal coffee from Koraput to the world stage.

2025 – Another milestone — we brewed coffee from Koraput in the UK, at the Indian High Commission, London, and The Galleria, Hatfield. Coffee from Koraput, now celebrated across continents.

Today, we proudly operate 12 cafés across 8 locations in 4 states, but our heart remains where it all began — in the red soils and green hills of Koraput.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey — our customers, our partners, our team, and most importantly, the tribal farmers of Koraput and The Coffee Board of India — thank you for believing in this dream.

It was an honour and a pleasure to showcase our signature single origins and blends at such an iconic venue. Guests truly enjoyed our hand-brewed specialty coffees from India and connected with our farm-to-cup journey.

Our award-winning Kindiriguda Naturals, Microlot (Madhu Agro Honey Sun Dried), and newly launched coffee candles garnered special interest. This event has deeply encouraged us to strengthen our presence and journey in the UK.
