Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager (Cold Store) located in Sea Food Park, Deras, Khordha. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing stock control, inventory control, operations management, forklift operation, and inventory management. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring the timely and efficient storage and transport of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Qualifications

Experience in stock control, inventory control, operations management, forklift operation, and inventory management in a cold store / warehouse setting
Ability to manage a team of cold store / warehouse staff
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Familiarity with seafood export regulations and requirements is a plus

Package

4.5 Lakhs Per Annum
Negotiable for Candidates having more experience
