It was started by Late Shyam Sundardas Harwani and then carried over by Mr. Manohar Dairy and Restaurant was founded by Late Shri Shyam Sunder Harwani on 15th April 1970.The Outlet was basically started with intention of selling dairy products as we were already dealing in supply of milk and milk products in M.P. But gradually we moved towards restaurant and Sweet Business. In the year 1978 after

the sad demise of Mr Shyam Sunder Harwani the legacy of Manohar Dairy and Restaurant was continued by his Sons Mr Manohar Harwani and Mr Murli Harwani who have proved themselves to be epitome of success in the business of Sweets and Snacks in the city of Bhopal. Success came by maintaining excellence in quality and by offering vast variety of contemporary replenishing dishes by our chefs to leave a lasting impact on our guests. Manohar Dairy (Hamidia Road) was initially started with capacity of 30 seats but gradually we expanded our capacity to 180 seats . Then we came up with small chat and sweet counter in New Market, and recently we have come up with a new outlet in New Bhopal in MP Nagar with a capacity of 190 seats plus a banquet for small get to gathers. Another feather in the cap is an industry with a centralized kitchen at Govindpura to cater to the demands of our branches and to maintain consistency in our offerings across all the 3 branches.
